Long Term Goals

To effectively communicate his wants and needs.
To independently manage himself during transactions from one activity to another.
To interact and communicate effectively with his peers in informal social settings.
To independently plan how to achieve set work.

Goal

- To provide Kennedy with an educational program that is as inclusive as possible and meets his learning needs. To develop his communication skills and his literacy and numeracy skills.

Entry Skills

- Kennedy is operating at a different level to his peers and a modified course is required.

Goals

- Significant program adjustments are required for Kennedy.
Kennedy will continue to develop his literacy and numeracy skills.
Kennedy will continue to develop his ICT skills.
Kennedy will continue to develop his understanding of himself as a citizen.
Kennedy will continue to develop his independence skills.
